How do you count people?: A person is anyone on your org chart. We don't charge for viewers — only the people actually charted count toward your plan.
What happens if I go over the limit?: Adding people stops at your plan's cap until you upgrade or remove someone. Nothing is ever deleted automatically.
Do you require a sales call?: No. You can sign up, build your chart, and upgrade entirely self-serve. Enterprise is the only tier with a conversation, and only because of SSO setup.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?: The Free plan is free forever up to 25 people. Paid tiers are billed monthly and cancel anytime, so there's no separate trial to manage.
Can viewers see the chart for free?: Yes. On every paid plan, invited viewers don't count toward your people limit — only charted people do.
